What a weekend we have had. One of very mixed emotions! We arrived at Perranporth yesterday morning at just after 8.30am, the rain shortly followed at 10am. By 11am we had rebooked our Skydives for today, 18th August. We woke this morning to glorious weather, we were all so ready to jump. Colin and Colin were first to go up, they were incredibly nervous, but absolutely elated when they had completed theirs. We watched a few others do theirs, then it was Luke's turn....he said it was amazing and wants to do it again. Then sadly, the clouds started to form and it meant that Jo and I couldn't complete ours today. So we are rebooked for Sunday 15th September. We met some amazing people today, including a presenter from Radio Cornwall and his daughter who was fundraising for Backup. What an inspiration she was. He even interviewed me!
