I knew Shane at primary school. I paid a visit to lostwithiel for the first time in years last week and stopped in respryn on the way - then I saw his bench. We were close in age and I remember him well. He was a great guy, and a really good friend. Always smiling, always fishing. My kids asked who he was and when I started to tell them I was amazed at all the memories and stories I had of him. So sad, but that picture of him on the sofa was exactly how I remember him when he was 11! Condolences to his family and loved ones. Dave Breckon.
